The Bible Comes to Life encourages you to prepare for unexpected circumstances that may impact your ability to travel after you have registered and paid for this journey. Travel insurance is the most effective means of protection and we require that you purchase this coverage. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance coverage, we will not be responsible for loss incurred outside of the parameters identified in the Tour Terms and Conditions and this Cancellation/Refund Policy.

  • Cancellations MUST be submitted in writing.

  • Initial Registration fee of $300 is NON-refundable (applied to total cost of trip).

  • Cancellation 100 – 150 days prior to departure date, a fee of 50% of the tour cost will apply.

  • Cancellation 85 - 99 days prior to departure date, a fee of 75% of the tour cost will apply.

  • Cancellation 84 days or less than departure date, a fee of 100% of the tour cost will apply (no refund).

In the event of a travel interruption 84 days or less than the departure date due to occurrences beyond the control of The Bible Comes to Life, including, but not limited to, breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, war, rebellion, riot, civil commotion, earthquake, fire, floods, accident, pandemic, epidemic, viral outbreaks, or any act of God (Forced Majeure event), every effort will be made to reschedule travel upon interruption resolution. The cancellation refund timelines outlined above are applied to the initial (not rescheduled) travel departure date and any possible refunds will be determined based on potential recoverable funds to The Bible Comes to Life.

The Bible Comes to Life is not liable for any loss, injury or damage to travelers or belongings in connection with any accommodations, airline cancellation or delays and are not responsible for any occurrences beyond their control. This includes, but is not limited to, breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, war, rebellion, riot, civil commotion, earthquake, fire, floods, accident, pandemic, epidemic, viral outbreaks, or any act of God (Forced Majeure event).
